80s-style 2B Double breasted suit jacket in summer weight tropical suiting wool. Cut elongated to mimic 80s boom-era Japan where obsession with 'Made in Italy' led to a slight offness that came from mapping Italian tailoring onto a Japanese body type. Soshiotsuki takes the classical tailoring canvasing that's meant to establish structure around chest and shoulders and opens its inner edge, turning it into a pocket. Narrow-shouldered with relaxed fit in the body and low gorge creates flattering long lines. Double welt opening under wearer's left lapel serves as a pass-through opening for styling (ties, scarves, etc.) or to access the interlining pocket from the outside.
