Long black blazer in Yohji Yamamoto's signature black wool gabardine. This one combines details from various menswear garments to create a fusion of formality and utility, of workwear and luxury. The front features a layered workwear overall-style pocket array with hunting-jacket style flap pockets below. The top corners of the overall pockets are secured with buttons that, when undone, allow the panels to drape off the body. To really drive the workwear atmosphere home, the jacket features white double stitching and bar-tacks throughout, pleated action gusseted shoulders, and a single hammer loop under wearer's left armpit. In total there are 9 separate pockets on the jacket's outer front with an additional 4 carpenter style patch pockets on the back and 3 on the interior.
Half lined through body and sleeves in silky cupro. Two-button closure with slim peak lapels. Plain cuff. Unvented.
Made in Japan 9/10 Condition, with no rips, stains, or tears.
