An incredible shirt in stretch cotton with mother of pearl buttons, finished off with Helmut's iconic slashed sleeve detail. Originally shown in AW93, the motif has subsequently appeared in various forms throughout the rest of his career. Used here alongside the thin edges and semi-sheer fabric, the piece takes on a delicate quality.
