This pair was the last season produced while Helmut Lang was still involved, and the first season produced in Japan, modeled after SS04. This iteration of the bondage jeans, made with a 2% polyurethane for stretch is inherently more wearable and comfortable than the rigid SS04 denim. Cut is a slim straight but the bands alter the silhouette depending on how you wear them. Stacking is very interesting with them wrapped around the ankle.
