Statement trouser from Kiko Kostadinov's 'Interviews by the River' collection. The Ganges is a voluminous low-crotch harem pant whose beauty comes not only from the excellent fabric but also the construction. The central feature, the pleats, dictate the other design details of the pant in a synchronous and elegant way--slash welt pockets are nested behind folds created by large inward facing pleats, the fly is constructed with zipper placket on the top and a pleat on the bottom, and the leg openings themselves emerge from the stitched down fold of yet another pleat. The nearly countless tucks along the front yield an easy, flowing silhouette with a cropped fit so the wearer could style them with another pair of trousers underneath (shown on the runway with Asics x Kiko Kostadinov track pants as underlayer). Finished with Kiko Kostadinov branded horn button, fully constructed waistband with belt loops, and two welt back pockets (still sewn shut). Size L fits a true 33-34 waist or a 32-33 with the intention to layer under or belt down.
