From 00102021 'Sirokkó,' the Minerva blouson is cut in a micro ripstop polyester face fabric with curved leafy bright green + black accent panels that illustrate the collection's Renaissance inspirations. Kiko Kostadinov's expertise comes to the fore as he balances the ornamental with the functional, with the construction of the Minerva belying a wealth of utilitarian features. At the waist, pockets are doubled-- slash side entry pockets (with a deconstructed double welt whose bottom ends loop below the pocket opening as an accent) sit atop snap-closed drop pockets. Easy access and easy organization are artfully cut in geometries that mirror the sharp triangular accent panels. Mobility comes in the form of a back shoulder pleat and gusseted armpit construction while an untraditionally constructed center back vent leaves excess fabric on the outside, creating a pleat that traces all the way up to the neckline.
Finished with center front riri zipper with top and bottom snap placket closures, luxurious ribbed collar, full cotton/polyamide lining, and two massive interior drop pockets.
