J41-GTV is Acronym's vehicular drop-in pullover shell, an unthinkably specific garment category but one whose functional needs result in a strikingly directional aesthetic. Nodding towards sweatshirts, scuba drysuits, and military smocks, the piece crafts a new archetype in the middle ground between them all. Prioritizing seated comfort and functionality, a center front zipper closure is shifted to the back, with underarm holster pockets easily accessible without needing space for arm movement. The J41 (alongside the J23) features the most fitting and ingenious application of Acronym's escape zip for swift ergonomic opening of a rear zipper and pull-forward doffing while seated.
The J41 also marks one of the first applications of Acronym's composite zipper system with two-way reverse coil laminated zippers set beside a chunky YKK with escapezip top opening, combining instant separation with the option to expand the hem at the bottom.
Finished with kangaroo style front waist pocket with low-visual-profile detached entry access, dual zipper + velcro cuff closure, 3D sculpted collar, covert stow pocket for excess zipper webbing at the nape of the neck, shockcord hem, and inner-mounted front-of-body jacketsling.
Made in Europe 9/10 Condition, with no rips, stains, or tears. No real signs of wear beyond some very minor dust scuffs here and there which will come out with a wet cloth or wash. Does not come with bag and sheet.
Fit Notes: Tagged a size S, fits slightly oversize. Can easily accommodate a medium with a regular fit. Roomy through the body and sleeves.
