This high-pile cardigan from Issey Miyake Permanente is a riff on a traditional mohair cardigan. Instead of utilizing the 'bloom' of a mohair yarn to create the fuzzy texture, this one uses chopped polyester strips mounted on a loosely knit base. The result is the familiar shaggy texture but in a new, high tech fabrication. Features seamless knitted construction with minimalist no front closure and high collar (which can be rolled for the appearance of a lower stance).
