40s USN Deck Parka. Fully bore-lined with shaped hood and ribbed inner cuffs. Talon zipper at center front. Hand painted with abstract graphic that wraps 360 degrees around the entirety of the piece.
Please see pictures for condition. Due to the age there are some small holes in the fabric but overall the garment is in great shape.
