Classic dirty 'jeans' cut from Les Six's signature "denim," a 100% wool fabric made with indigo warp and natural undyed weft yarns to mimic the twill weave of traditional cotton denim. The result is a garment that looks like a pair of jeans, down to the selvedge line on the outseam, but with the handfeel and drape of a pair of suit trousers. The rivets are substituted with button-fastened floating pocket corners and back patch pockets are accessible via welt openings instead of being unstitched at the top. This pair has been finished with a fully acrylic hand-painted 'wash,' creating an impressionistic take on the dirty fading pattern of a pair of vintage jeans and adding the stiff, structured feeling emblematic of raw denim back to the pants. Finished with center front button closure and fly.
