A classic black double-breasted coat is cut oversize with slightly padded shoulders to create a sculptural, dramatic silhouette, with distressed details that reflect a DIY sensibility towards found clothing and making it one's own. All buttons are cut off, with their fraying thread shanks remaining in place, while the sleeve ends are left raw, as though they were undone and unfolded from an original finished cuff.
