Hedi Slimane's footwear will always be one of the most outstanding parts of his legacy, as evidenced here. These boots are made from a lovely supple Italian leather with some Western-esque panelling details. These were released in Autumn/Winter 2007 as part of the "Navigate Navigate" collection, Hedi's last season as creative director for Dior Homme; it is often debated weather it was this season or Autumn/Winter 2003's "Luster" that was his best collection for Dior Homme.
The boots have been re-soled and hardly worn since, and as such the 30mm heel remains largely intact. There is some minor creasing and some peeling of the leather at the toe. They do not come with the original box either unfortunately.
