Futuristic yet rugged, these early 2000s Nike ACG sneakers are a rare and uncommon iteration of the BRS-1000. The upper is cut in different grey tones, punctuated with hits of rust orange set within the sweeping, aerodynamic lines that are emblematic of the early 2000s air max program. Instead of a visible air unit, these are set on a treaded ACG version of the BRS-1000 sole that brings an air of ruggedness to an otherwise incredibly streamlined sneaker. The result feels fresh and relevant to this day.
Made in Vietnam 8/10 Condition, does not come with original box. Upper and soles are in good condition, in my experience the sole feels sturdy enough to wear--no crumbling and feels firm. There are points where it looks like the midsole is unglued/beginning to separate at the heel but this can be fixed if you are intent on wearing. Studded rubber panels at heel and toe are soft and a bit sticky to the touch.
Fit Notes: Tagged a size US8.5, fits true to size.
