Black fine PVC cargo parka from 90s/early 2000s UK brand Petroleum. Features a layered array of velcro-flap-closed pockets on the front, including inner-facing horizontal cell-phone pocket and zip side entry handwarmer pockets built underneath the lower flap pockets.
Fleece lined in the body/hood and cupro lined through the sleeves. Finished with chunky zipper front closure with velcro wind placket, drawstring hems
Made in the UK 6/10 Condition, with no stains. Some small tears throughout due to the nature of the fabric and age but nothing overly noticeable. Some tears around the side zip pocket entry at the bottom cargo pocket. Shockcord at the hem has deteriorated over time and will need to be replaced if intended to be used. Price is indicative of condition.
