The BDH Jacket is Soshiotsuki's take on a classic denim jacket, with its boxy shape and geometries drawn from the entry doors of Todaiji Temple in Japan. The repeated riveted pleats combine traditional Type I/II denim jacket details with the parallel studding on oversized wooden doors. Hanging wooden rings at sleeves and hem echo circular doorknobs, and ancient-looking metal shanks at the front closure look as though they've been weathered by impact and elements. This studded iteration ingeniously combines the seasonal punk inspiration and the original Japanese architecture reference, with sizeable studs applied liberally around collar and upper body for an even more ornamental look.
Finished with two high-set chest pockets, belt loops at the hem, inner-facing back pleats, and back waist adjuster.
Made in Japan 10/10 Condition, new with tags.
Fit Notes: Fits boxy and cropped in the body with roomy yet tailored sleeves. Tagged size 46 is suitable for men's S-L depending on desired fit.
